Sun salutations link postures together while still leaving space for longer holds to build strength and find release. From fiery core work to spacious surrender, we use the elements to leave body and mind feeling balanced. The pacing is appropriate for beginners to get accustomed to the practice, while giving advanced practitioners opportunity to grow.
